Variety: Minami Sayaka
Origin: Takachiho Town, Miyazaki Prefecture
This tea was delivered from a tea plantation located in the mountains of Takachiho Town, Miyazaki Prefecture. The high altitude keeps it cool in the summer and covered in snow in the winter, so the tea leaves are organically grown. The tea variety is the rare "Minami Sayaka", also known as a phantom variety. It is carefully hand-picked and has a light fermentation finish.

Extract 3g of tea leaves in 200cc of 100℃ hot water for 4 minutes.
