Origin: Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture
This tea was delivered from a tea plantation located in the mountainous area of Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The tea leaves are organically grown in the mountains at an altitude of 600m, in an environment that is cool even in summer and covered in snow in winter. The tea variety is the rare "Izumi" variety, also known as a phantom variety. It has a refreshing finish with low fermentation.
