Variety: Koshun
Origin: Sarushima District, Ibaraki Prefecture
This tea was delivered from a tea plantation located on the Sarushima Plateau in the Tone River basin in western Ibaraki Prefecture. The tea leaves are grown in the fertile soil, with the large temperature difference between summer and winter, and the strong winter winds brought by the Tone River. The variety is "Koshun," a green tea variety with a unique aroma.
<Recommended way to drink>
Extract 3g of tea leaves in 200cc of 100℃ hot water for 5 minutes.
It is recommended to drink it straight, as well as as milk tea or iced tea.
